What a gem! Located in a small strip mall, this was recommended by a local and did not disappoint. The food was fabulous. Everything we had was fantastic. Atmosphere was fun. Staff was expeditious and friendly. I wish I could go there more often!

This is by far the best Mexican Food on island. That being said, it really is nothing to write home about. The ambiance is good. Being from Texas they are not even close, and they are not consistent with the cooking of the food itself. Sometimes its better than other ( times).The beans were way too thick, rice was just plain nasty,do not recommend the shredded beef (their chicken is way better and I usually - at other places- never get the chicken). What kind of Mexican restaurant does not have "queso" ...no bueno! Queso is the glue that holds a mexican restaurant together! :-)
However, the salsa was pretty good. I have had better, but theirs wasn't half bad. Customer service was good too. Sometimes the wait can be a while, so if you go at peak times expect a long wait.

By the way I have not found a mexican restaurant here on the island that has good queso (blanco- white cheese dip).

The food is excellent and the atmosphere is cozy. I recommend this place to everyone living on or visiting Oahu.
