I myself have had the misfortune of being screwed by this place. I found the docs there to be good and all, the business aspect is what I had problems with. I was having alot of problems with a tooth and needed it pulled, they set me up an appointment for a Mon. to have it done. Since it was sudden I didn't have the money upfront so they said they'd hold a check from me till Fri. The woman even wrote it down on my bill, well Wed. that same week she put it in to cash it and of course it bounced, costing me a fee from my bank. This fee they refused to refund to me. On that Fri. the check and the fee both cleared. A week later without any notice the doctors charged me a fee for the returned check they shouldn't have even had cashed when they did. I would have rescheduled had I known it would have been like this. After a few visits and strong worded fax showing all the info I was able to get them to reimburse the fee from the docs office, im still out the money from my bank. Very unprofessional IMO. Must be nice to not have to take responsibility for screwing up, sometimes sorry just doesn't cut it.
