Provided by YP.comWe had our entire HVAC system replaced. It took 2 months! The workers didn't show up when they were supposed to come. I was always calling the office to reschedule. No one from their office bothered to call me when plans changed. The installers were professional and seemed to know what they were doing, but I can't recommend MS Johnston. The office people need to communicate with clients and installers. If you are not in a big hurry and don't mind missing work when they don't show up then they might be the company for you.
