My husband and I went to this checkers tonight. He order a backnzilla and said no ketchup no mayo, and a chicken sandwich he said chicken and lettuce. They put lots of ketchup and mayo on the sand which and the chicken sandwich had mayo lettuce and chicken. I called and complained. The lady who took the order got on the phone and was like no that isn't what he said. He said no mayo and ketchup. I said exactly and it has it on it! She said no it doesn't! I said um yes it does! She then said as for the chicken sandwich he said no tomato. I said no he said chicken and lettuce. She said no he didn't! He said no tomato! I said you know what I will call and talk to the manager tomorrow. The way the girl spoke to us was unexceptable! Why would my husband order a sandwich with mayo when he hates mayo with a passion!!!

I went to Chekers in Hagerstown MD on Dual Hwy #3366 My 2 chilli dogs were missing chilli sonI called and Rubi was very professional she stated she would refund my money and apologized. The manager called me back and asked if we were the person who ordered 6 hot dogs I said yes my husband ordered them. He said I wouldnt be given a refund because my husband asked for only onions ketch and mustard I asked why would he order 2 chilli dogs w/o chilli. The receipt reflects 2 chilli dogs. The manager switches the story to say he was standing next to the cook and he remembers her putting chilli on both hot dogs. I couldnt believe how much he lacked integrity and would go so far o er $4. He insisted on treating us unfairly and degrading. I asked for the owners info he lied and said it was a corporate store and he managed 20 other locations. He chuckled alot and said contact BBB and call 1-800checkers. I found out the store owners are 3 guys and its franchised. I was so hurt that he treated us like that and how unprofessional he was. He laughed and said call BBB. I think I will. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE!!!!!! My husband is AA we were treated unfairly he made sure it was him to let us know we would not be receiving the normal fair service that we were not entitled to a refund not because of their policy but because my husband is AA and he felt we didnt deserve fair treatment. I will neved spend a dime here!

I went to Checkers on 1720 Dual Highway my husband ordered 2 Chilli dogs the 2 for $3 special we were given 2 hotdogs with no chilli and charged $4 I immediately called and spoke to Ruby she was great she apologized and said she would refund the money. However the store manager called back to my cell phone and said he made the hotdogs how my husband specified. I said why would we order chilli dogs without the chilli the receipt even reflects 2 chilli dog then he said he stood next to the person making the hotdogs and he saw them put chilli on the hot dogs. The store manager said his name was Rehan Nasir.I could not believe he treated us like that. He laughed when I asked for the owners info he said just call corporate nothings going to happen. This manager is out of control I cant believe they have him managing this store.
