About two years ago my husband's top denture developed a crack down the middle and he brought it to Affordable Dentures. For a reasonable price and under an hour they repaired the denture saving him lots of money by not having to have a new one made.

We've been to this location several times for denture issues and have always been very satisfied with the quality of the work and the friendliness of the people.

More recently, my husband needed new dentures made and he went back to Affordable Dentures in Hagerstown.

Taylor and Holly were very friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable and the work was excellent. The dentures fit perfectly and they come with a great warranty.
We are so glad we went to * Affordable Dentures. The Hagerstown location has ample parking and it's easy to get into the very clean, spacious office.

After waiting for over an hour I was finally brought back to a room that was near the front so I felt as though everyone in the waiting room could hear me, which I did not like. Then once the doctor finally came in I felt as though I didn't have much of his time as it seemed as though he was quick to move on to the next person. Then the doctor told me he would send the nurse in to give me an estimate which took forever and finally when she did come in again it seemed though she was in a hurry to move on to the next person. All in all I felt as though I didn't get enough of their time I felt the prices were extremely expensive for what they advertise and I felt as though they were trying to get me to get things done that weren't absolutely necessary for example in all of the pictures where they show implants around the facility it shows they have three implants. However, they told me that I needed four and when I questioned the nurse on it she said they always give the patient the most amount of implants and if it comes down to it to where they can't afford it and won't be able to get the services done because of that extra implant then they can reduce it so that way they can get the service done. I just felt as though I was looked at as a dollar figure and that, and if they were too busy to squeeze me in then they shouldn't have made the appointment. I didn't have enough of their time and I just wasn't impressed.

I went in for a consultation and I couldn’t believe how friendly and professional everyone was. From the front desk to the dental hygienist to the dentist, everyone was pleasant and made me feel important.
