I waited 40 minutes at Creative Cuts for my appointment, during which time other customers were being received, yet nobody helped me or enquired about my appointment.

I then went to the back where I could hear the lady with whom I had made the appointment, and enquired how long it will still be. After glancing up at me, she turned her back to me, asked what my name was, and said “I had a person by that name last Sat” (the twelfth). Surprised I replied that I don’t understand - when I booked the appointment, she had said the nineteenth, today. Without turning around, she repeated “I had a person by that name last Sat”. I waited for her to continue, but after a long while of silence, during which she flat out ignored me, I realized that that was the end of the conversation as far as she was concerned. I left.

It's ridiculous - not only did I repeat the day and time back to her when I booked, but the twelfth and the nineteenth do not sound remotely the same. Even if the mix-up on the dates was fully the customer’s fault, most places would have tried to reschedule the appointment. Instead, Creative Cuts decided to ignore their customer, blame the customer for the mix-up, and not even bother to turn around and look at the other person during a conversation.

I will spend my money where I’m appreciated as a customer.
