Customer service is very poor at that store, very slow in repairing the computers that breakdown (even when you purchase the computer there). Just don't waste your money there go somewhere else.

This store does not give refunds on defective products it sells. I bought a new NIC from them and could not get it to work on my machine. The set up utiliry came only in a floppy, my machine does not have a floppy drive. Transferred contents of floppy to CDR. The installation utility detects no card. Reinstalled NIC a couple times and no difference. It has a three year manufacturers warranty but Micomp will not honor it.
