My family and I recently had our puppy spayed at Banfield. We took her there at 8 am and were told to pick her up at MAYBE 5. We were also told her doctor would call us when she is done and with how she is doing. We had to call ourselves and find out that she was ALREADY ready to go home. Her incision is not even straight as I look at it right now. The lady at the desk decided to argue with us about whether or not the doctor called instead of give us our puppy. We had also asked for her nails to be trimmed but they were not. Their e-collars are also cheap and very heavy for the puppy that is drugged and just had surgery. There is no compassion for animals at this pet hospital. I would not recommend pet owners to take their beloved pets to this pet hospital.

Our dog Sasha was taken there for spaying at around 8:30 AM. They didn't have our paperwork ready so we waited 5 more minutes. We left her and went home expecting to get a call when she was done. At 5:00 PM we called and found out she'd been done for a while. We asked what happened and told them we never got a call. They gave us attitude saying maybe we gave them the wrong number, when in fact we gave them 3 correct numbers. They proceeded to give us more attitude and didn't give back our dog, they decided to argue for a little while. Eventually we got Sasha back. We also ordered for her nails to be trimmed, we're they, nope. Never doing business with them again. Maybe it's cause we're asian, maybe not. All we know is they gave us the worst service ever. Hope someone reads this before making the mistake of going to this rude, overpriced place. Thank you, have a good day.

One of the doctors is great, the other is not. They will also try to sell you a package deal and it is not worth your money.
