Quality of carpet is OK, but service is terrible. They don't stand behind their installers work. If you use this company, make sure you check to make sure all carpet is tacked down before the installer leaves. The salesman I dealt with didn't believe me when I told him all carpet wasn't tacked down and would not refund any money or have someone come out to tack down without a charge.

I came here quite a while back to get a quote and it was okay. I found it cheaper at other places and more expensive also. So Iskalis was right in the middle. But their quote on hardwood installation was outrageous. I got my hardwood bought and installed for less than half of their quote and got 3/4" hard wood vs engineered wood which is what they were going to use to keep costs down. I chose to go with another company and all my floors look great.



However, I return to iskalis today to get a scrap 2' x 3' piece of carpet that a lady said they were throwing away or said they have samples I can get for $1-2. Then when I get there he tries to sell me a very low quality 50¢ sq/ft carpet one of the guys said they were returning. He says he can cut it out in the size I needed and he tries to sell it to me for more than $20. I can go to any carpet store, Menards or Home Depot and get cheap carpet per sq/ft for under $10 for that size. I just went to hobo and bought a $5 4x6 mat and cut it down.



I will never shop or recommend this place again after today. And I am putting this review on all the review places I can find so people know about this place. Be careful so you don't get ripped off.

I will give this store credit for its selection, product knowledge and price. The installer was also great and did a nice job. But beware, you get what you pay for. Overall this was a horrible shopping experience. The sales staff will not follow up on anything they promise to do. The installation will take longer than they promise and they don't care and won't do anything about it. This store over ordered product which they stuck us with and won't admit they are wrong or compensate the customer for any of their mistakes. The owner of the store even got into a loud, verbal argument with my wife in the store. If the owner is willing to verbally abuse a customer in the store in front of his staff there is no reason to do business there or recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of flooring store options in the Gurnee area, I would recommend you use any of those stores before this plac

Do not buy anything from this place. They will promise the world to get a sale and then not deliver no matter how much you complain. It's the old bait and switch. Avoid this company like the plague.
