I have been dealing with this business
for a few years and they have always been wonderful to me. I have never had a problem with customer service. The owner is always nice to my mother and I. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I totally agree with the comment below, The owner is awful and they do horrible work and treat their customers awful. I went to Crystal Clear Pools right down the road and they have much better customer service and treat all of their customers with respect. The have great service workers and it is worth the extra five minute drive up the road.

Not sure what's going on here, but the owner is a complete witch. She hovers all over her employees and tries to make it seem like she does all the work. I'd hate to see how she talks to them when the store is closed. Pretty sure she has a drinking problem.
