Beware of this company if you are looking for a management company. They allow underage people to rent with no identification. They cause damage and do not fix the problems. They are very shady with their practices.

Beware!! We booked a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo from this company. When we arrived it was far from the photos we saw on line. There were soiled carpets and the place smelled of pet urine. We were there during the National Shrimp Festival so there was nowhere else to go. THIS is the worst company in Gulf Shores, AL. We left the keys in the unit when we left like you do at a hotel, not reading the fine print that said we had to return them to a dropbox at the realtor office, and they charged us $50 to go get them, while they have a cleaning company that goes there anyway.I strongly recommend using a more guest orientated, customer friendly agency or use VRBO.com.
