Terrible customer service (on 10/3/2016) due to the fact that a hub was torn up by the technician but I was told I would be responsible for fixing it. I took my work truck in for a simple flat repair on one of the tires. Repair was done in a timely manner. I watched the technician cross thread the stud and lug nut, essentially ruining it. As I go to pay for the repair the person who checked me out told me that the lug and stud were ruined and he told me that he had found 2 places for ME (not them) to possibly obtain replacement parts. When I questioned their responsibility in this matter I was told that even if I bring in the replacement part that I would be charged $90+ an hour, for the repair to be done...a repair on a part that THEIR technician tore up!!! This is terrible customer service! As a business owner, I have had to pay for things I've torn up on numerous occasions. I do lawn care so I have paid for several windows to be repaired, both home and automobile, ( because I broke them while mowing), I have repaired many sprinkler heads that I have ran over while mowing and most recently I ran over a water line and I paid for that to be repaired. Based on the customer service I provide, I'm blown away by their lack of customer service! I will NEVER do business with Trax tires again.

Whew!! AC out in July...no fun. We got a recommendation to Trax Tire in Gulf Shores. Tourists having to "go for it". They gave us a quick appointment, worked it up, put dye in to find the leak. Fixed the problem, refilled the coolant and sent us out the door. Just above $100!!! What a deal! These guys are the best.

Highway Robbery! The mgr. Shawn, has a nice smile with a trustworthy look, but watch out for the knife! This guy robbed me blind. I spent several thousand dollars on both of my cars and BOTH of them are still having the original problem I took them in for. He

keeps telling me it needs something else. I dont know much about cars but they shouldnt take advantage like that, my final visit took the cake,. I spent 225.00 to fix the air

and the next day it didnt work so when i brought it back he said it needed a compressor and would cost 800 dollars i could not get any credit of the 225 he just charged me for. that would be 1,025.00 for a compressor on a 2000 oldsmobile.He didnt even put it up on the lift or use any equipt,. to give me this diagnosis. i have more to say about other instances but not wasting my time., I didnt know any better but when I showed thousands of dollars worth of work to people who know theya said I was robbed. He also put 2 different size tires on my daughters corvette when she bought 4 new tires then said he couldnt do a balance , he had no proper equipt. to do a vet! Why put the tires on in the 1st place?
