Car broke down, had them tow in and they told me that my oil pump and engine locked up and it would need new engine and car is not worth fixing. I got new car. I was trying to get rid of bad car and one of their employees offered $100, I found someone else to buy for $250. The other person found nothing wrong with engine and replaced oil pump and time belt and car works fine. So either Riviera Tire does not know what they are doing or they do and they were trying to rip me off. I would not trust them with anything after this. Can not say they are honest. Be Warned before you get ripped off too.

No appointments, even for minor work. Must drop car off and they will work it in. That is a real inconvenience.

Best local tire shop and service in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Jimmy and Miss Tammy treat you like they are your neighbor and go out of their way to help you. Picked up a staple in the side wall of brand new tires and due to their assistance, I got a new tire from Michelin at no cost the same day. They are truly good people and I hope others get a chance to experience their hospitality.

I recommend Riviera Tire & Automotive for air conditioning repairs. They completed the repairs on time and where reasonably priced.

I live in Michigan and ruined a tire while in Gulf Shores Plus my car had started making an odd sound..I was treated very professionally and was not ripped off like I feared I might be. My bill was way under what I thought it would be. These are very nice people and I highly recommend them. Have not had any problems since I got home.
