Personally, I've had zero problems at this store. Treated me with respect and helped me find what I need. Suggestions and even know the answers to your questions. Along w their excellent customer service, they have a wide variety of pieces to choose from. I've been here in Florida for about two almost three years and this is the best head shop I've been in where they care about the customers experience and are willing to help you until you find what you're looking for. Between big pieces and little pieces, papers and hookahs. Dry or wet they have what you need. ❤️ Not mention they're wide variety of varpes and juices. It's a one stop shop for all your smoking needs.

Have been buying from this location for 6 months. Last Month, January 2016, bought a new vaping pen, It leaked badly so the very next day I returned it. They would not exchange it or give me a refund. I told them that it was just bought the day before and she pointed to a sign that stated no refunds or exchanges. after a short discussion they called the Police on me. when the officers arrived and talked to the person in the store she gave me my refund and put a do not trespass order against me. Do not buy from them they do not honor there product.
