I have 2 heat pumps for up stairs and one for downstairs. One went out . Roger came out to repair it but it was beyond repair. He gave me a price to replace the one and a price if I wanted to replace them both. They were both in terrible shape. He gave me a great price, so I replaced both units. Did not want this to happen in July. Being the off season,I knew i would save quite a bit by doing them both now. I still got 2 other estimates. He was $2000-$4000 below the other two. He always returned my phone calls quickly and did everything he said he would do. The systems work great and are a huge improvement over what I had. He never charged me for his trip out to repair it. He was way under the others I had called. Other repair services wanted $70 hr, from the time they pulled out the driveway. He does not have all the overhead other larger companies have. He answers the phone and has another very knowledgeable assistant that works with him. I do highly recommend Roger at A1 and plan to use him again in my rental property.

My AC went out on a Saturday night. I called "Air Conditioning One" the next morning(Sunday), and had a real human answer the phone (no answering machine message). It was Roger himself that answered. I explained the issue I was having, and he was at my house in less than two hours! Roger gave me a quick call before arriving at my home to let me know he was coming. Upon arrival he greeted me, and started to investigate my issue. Within 25 minutes, he had completed the job, and charged me a fair rate for work done and parts. Given that it was a Sunday and during a time of high heat index warnings, my family and I thank Roger for his helping us. I had told Roger that I had found him through a Google search, so, I wanted to add my satisfied comments here for others as well. Thanks again from my family.

Had an issue on a Sunday a quick internet search brought up Air Conditioning One. Called up and Roger was there within the hour. Excellent service couldn't be more pleased. Reasonably priced, quick service, will be calling him again if I ever have A/C issues...Highly recommended!!!

Roger came out to the house on a Sunday morning, 30 minutes after getting called, to look at my frozen AC. He found a leak in the freon line, fixed it and serviced freon all in about an hour. He also gave a military discount. Highly recommended.
