DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PETS IN THE CARE OF THIS FACILITY!! I boarded my Boston Terrier puppy with Paw Perfect grooming from July 13 - 21 during my family’s vacation. I told the owner that my puppy needed to have drops put in his left eye twice a day due to lack of tear production, he said that was no problem. The drops were not applied properly and my dog develop an ulcer on his eye. The owner claimed that he “only missed the first two days of applications but that he had done his best to make sure the drops were applied” and “had I known applying the drops was critical I would’ve made sure that I got them to him.” Aside from providing application instructions, the prescription bottle also stated the required administration. I had to drive my puppy directly to animal emergency and his eye had to be removed today! He was absolutely negligent in the care of my puppy, didn’t attempt to contact me to let me know there was an issue with his eye or attempt to seek veterinary care. My children are devastated that our puppy had to have his eye removed and I was left with over $700 in vet fees due to his negligence. I strongly advise against leaving your animals with this facility.

I am not sure why folks are giving this place a bad review, but I have been taking our dog to them for over five years and have had a great experience every time. There has been a time or two where it took them longer than they said, but with a business like this, things don't always go as planned. My dog is really finicky who handles her, but she lets the gentleman there clip her nails with no fuss.

I can't even begin to say what a terrible experience this was. My wife took our dog to get groomed. They removed our dogs collar and placed it on another dog looking almost identical. They placed that dogs collar on our dog. When my wife went to pick him up they gave her the wrong dog! She noticed that something wasn't quite right, but who would think there would be two dogs that similar?? After returning home to find the dog almost unresponsive and running into things, my wife took the dog to the vet. They did x-rays and told her that her dog was about to die and it was not really worth doing anything to try and help it because he was old. My wife and mother-in-law were both in tears. It was only later that the vet said something about the age of the dog and my wife knew our dog to be a different age. She called the groomer just to make sure and they said, "oh yes, your dog is right here." Apparently realizing there was a mistake and not even calling about it. When presented with the vet bill one of the two people in charge refused to pay it. The other person later said they would try to work something out and after a dozen attempts to contact them and try and work it out, we took her deceptive maneuvers to indicate that there would be no compensation. Horrible business practices will keep us from ever using or recommending this groomer to anyone.

Bad Customer Service

When we dropped our dog of at 9:30 in the morning we were told it would be 3 1/2 to 4 hours until we can pick him up. 3 1/2 hours later we called to check and we were told it would be another 2 hours before he was finished. When we tried explaining that we were told something different earlier, the staff became extremely rude. One gentlemen asked me, "what do you what man?" While I was talking to the lady that worked there my wife was also asking me a question and the lady rudely yelled, "blah, blah, blah if she wants to ask me a question then put her on the phone." Bottom line is we are never taking our dog back to this place and I recommend that neither do you.
