We've patronized the Station Grill numerous times since they first opened. While we have enjoyed the meals and service okay and would normally give them a 3-4 rating, our last visit lacked good customer service; the woman running the cash register did not once look up at us, no smile, no hello, just ring it up and go about her business and it just really stuck with us this time.

Given that she may have just been having a bad day, we can let that be. Good thing though we weren't first-time customers getting a bad impression- we know they can be friendly and helpful. What really prompted this note is that every time we are in there we say "Why can't they put some cushions on the bottom of the chair legs? They screech and clunk every time they are moved, like fingernails on a chalkboard. We really like the location, interior and the reasonable prices. We will return soon to see if the good attitude is back and the chair noise diminished. Then we will update our review!
