Bright House uses this company as contractors for installation and repair. They are terrible. Several techs have come out with a work order in hand asking me what needs to be done. Six visits later and still no working Internet. Been sitting here all day waiting for a tech who was supposed to be here between 1 and 6 after the first scheduled one who came out during the 10-12 window didn't have a clue what to do. It's horrible and so is Bright House.
