Henderson Harry Piano Tuning

Ummm ... not sure what to say about this. I called the number and someone answered "hello" very rudely, so I tentatively asked if I had reached Henderson's Piano Tuning. I was then subsequently yelled at that I was "illegal" in asking that question and that the only thing I was "legally" allowed to ask was; "this is (insert name here) and may I please speak to Mr. Harry Henderson" ... I was then told a very rude "good-by" and hung up on - needless to say I didn't hire this piano tuner!
