What a great experience...very professional and obviously know what they are doing. We had some very extensive drainage issues which caused other issues...and Hollytree was able to solve them all. Thanks for a great job!

Truly impressed with how quickly Hollytree works and finishes the landscape/retaining wall jobs. Not only is the work done extremely fast, it's also done really well.

got hosed on my irrigation install and that in turn killed all my new grass. unable to negotiate a resolution.....

I had high hope for this company but must now move on. Very minimal effort with lawn maintenance. Rarely called back when requested. Tools still in the yard from some past attempt at cutting the hedge. The store is nice but would not use for anything more.

Thanks to Hollytree we saved thousands. When we decided to re-sod our lawn, we got several bids and every company providing a bid said installing new sod was the only solution, however although Hollytree provided a bid for the sod they also presented an option for their lawn squad service. The Hollytree representative told us how lawn squad could save us money if we had patience and would allow him the time to rejuvanate our lawn. In comparison to the extremely expensive sod bids, Hollytree's lawn squad program saved us thousands and produced beautiful results. We highly recommend Hollytree and their professional staff.

I was hard pressed to give Hollytree a 1 star. We paid them ahead for a landscape plan and scheduled it for the following week. At the time they were scheduled, they called and said they were too busy at the store to come out and could they reschedule the following week. We said no, that we needed it sooner. They came out the next day (after calling again and asking if they could reschedule -- when I said just give me back the money, they were able to make it out). We were promised the plan the following week. Two weeks later we called and were told someone would call us back that day -- another week went by -- nothing from them. We then stopped in the shop and asked our money back. The owner told us she had been "busy out in the field" to get to it (she claimed she had it done, but. . .) Sorry, but we were clients also and they shouldn't take on what they can't handle -- or maybe it was just because we weren't going to be a big bucks job! I might buy items there (living in a small town doesn't give much options), but I will never patronize more than necessary or for landscape services.
