Since the county made some changes to save money, the trash service has gone "in the dumpster" too. They won't pick up all your trash, miss weeks and won't give you a discount on the bill even though they don't pick up your trash. If you don't have the can put in a perfect position by the road, your trash will not be picked up. The truck driver is NOT going to get out of the truck for ANY reason. He don't care if he drops trash all over your yard or puts your can in the ditch when he drops it. They blame the service on the county making changes to save money but it really is just VERY lazy and poor employees. I would give a lower rating if it would let me. I would not recommend them to anyone. If I could get away with it, I would burn all my trash or anything just so I wouldn't have to deal with them anymore.
