I have been buying my boots at Boot Box for many years now. Recently I purchased a pair of Rocky boots, approximately 3 weeks ago. this morning while tying the boots I noticed that one of the eyelets on the left boot was pulling out of the leather and the leather was tearing. Knowing Rocky has a guarantee I stopped at the store to see about replacements or repair, at this point I was informed quite rudely that my boots were not work boots they were hunting boots therefor they would not honor the warrenty and made no effort what so ever to resolve the issue. Since this store has opened I have spent thousands of dollars there on boots jackets etc. and this treatment was shocking and disgusting. I'll be taking all my buisness elsewhere from now on. Upon some further asking around I found several other people I work with that have had the same problem with the costumer service so this appears to be a common issue and not an anomaly.
