The workers are prissy little high school bitches who only care about their cell phones. The rooms are small and dirty, it is like a closet. They don't even give you real towels, you get nasty paper towels that they also use to "clean" the beds. Their versa always has a nice puddle of cold water at the bottom. It's just gross.

I signed up for the grand membership for $79.99 per month... I was told tax was included but my card was charged $89.99 each month. No one that works there could explain it. Tax plus tan tax doesn't equal $10 exactly. They didn't tell me when I signed up but they have 2 grand beds so they always try to get you to downgrade! The options are always downgrade, pay to upgrade or wait... Today I waited 20 minutes for a bed that I was told just needed cleaned- I finally asked what the hold up was and they said I couldn't tan in that bed because it was 110 degrees. Ok. I get that. It's April though.. What are they going to do in the dead of summer? Turn on the AC already! Not worth the money.. Or the frustration with every visit!
