Mike was very patient w us. My entire family was involved w this transaction. Im sure he wanted to pull his hair out but you would have never known it. My brotha would call him ay like 11 at night and he would answer. Sorry Mike. He was extremely professional. Very polite. He has a great sense of humor at the right tIme too. Hes funny. My house went into contract just a couple of days after it was listed. Unfortunately, the buyers flaked out. Within days (again) we had another offer, this one was over list price! This one looks solid. Dan showed my husband and I some houses, and we’re in contract on that one too. Such a great team, they have made this whole thing so much easier to deal with!
