Balfour has not been supportive to us with having neighbors that are not acceptable. We have written to the Corporate Office & spoke numerous times to the office. Some of our complaints are the numerous drunken parties that last way past midnight, swearing using the F bomb among others, illegal fire where the sparks were coming in the yard, not permitted fireworks, keeping the grill so close to the apt. that the siding was warped, allowing a friend to grind against his girlfriend while children in the neighborhood were watching, he later came to one of their parties and looked at me as if he wanted to rape, etc. So move to Balfour if you want no real support because they will be happy to take your rent money and run.
