My brother brought in a car for alignment and was treated terribly. And the "mechanic" caused more damage to his front end and tried to charge him for it. He beat the buchings out of the front control arm and claimed they went there when it came in. It drove in fine but had a croocked steering wheel and came out with about an either of a turn of free play in the steering. It isn't able to be driven until the new bushings we ordered from somewhere else come. They caused 5 days without a vehicle.

It was late summer of 1983. I had finished the body work and priming on my summer project car. A 1961 thunderbird. I thought that before paintig it, I would have the wheels aligned. I chose your shop for its claim to professionalism. When I paid my bill went to my car to leave, I immediately noticed that the rear of my hood on both corners was bent upward towards the windshield. I brought this to the attention of the service manager who implied that it was already damaged when I brought the car in. I insisted on seeing the business owner because I knew I was right. The service manager went into the office and called the county police and had me escorted off the property. Whilst I was talking to the policeman, the mechanic that worked on my car came over and said that on the test drive he had pulled the hood lever thinking it was the ventilation lever, which caused the hood to fly up and be damaged. I asked the service manager to be compensated for my damages, he flatly refused. I looke
