I was a non believer of this service till I needed help with wasps…called Guardian Pest control Griffith office and they came over and showed me where the wasps were nesting and then sprayed to get rid of them … my 3 rd year now with Guardian and I don’t have any wasps problems anymore. When my neighbor’s mention wasp issues I right away tell them to call Guardian…a couple of my neighbors signed up because of the wasp issues also… my favorite technician is Joe Colgan, not only is he very knowledgeable but he is very personable and professional….Great company,Great people

I had guardian out for raccoons for one they did NOT even catch the raccoon the kid did not even change out bait in traps then sales man sold me these thing for my gutters one week later raccoon back i watched raccoon climb over gutter spikes iam out 500 dollars and now there back iam calling a differnt company hopefully i have better luck this time

We contacted this company to come out for a bat problem in the brick of our home. I showed him exactly where they were getting in the brick. He stood on the ground, looked up at the area (near chimney) and stated "they typically cannot do anything about bats". Why did he agree to come out then? Instead, he wasted my time when I could have called another company that COULD handle the situation - and then he charged me a $65 "inspection fee" and he didn't even "inspect" anything. Their phone book ad states "Free Estimates".

I used this service for ants.The 1st treatment was done by the supervisor of the company.He was pleasant and knew what he was talking about for the most part.He sprayed everywhere in our home including the perimeter.Our 2nd visit was from a rookie it seemed like if you will.This time we payed for their quarterly service which is SUPPOSED to give you 3 months of spraying in infested areas for the price of $120.This young man sprayed the same areas as the supervisor did on the first treatment we had from Guardian.When it came for our 1st quarterly visit I told the man that ALL areas sprayed before needed to be sprayed. He basically told me "No" and to pick one area.I was upset and made it known so I believe as a "courtesy" in his eyes he sprayed our kitchen.Everywhere needed to be sprayed though.Their promotion and what was on our receipt said they would come back and spray ALL infested areas,but they refused.They said if I wanted that doneI needed to pay full price again.AWFUL SERVICE

Had an overload of ants in my kitchen and Danny came out the same day and took care of the problem that day!! The ants have never been back. Will use again and recommend to everyone I know.

I wish I would know who this person is so I can respond to his negative feedback of our company. If he had an issue, he should have called to try and get the issue handled.
