I hit a deer. They fixed my car. They got it done BEFORE their estimated date. They called me with updates on what was being fixed, so I always knew what was going on. The paint job is perfect. The parts (quarter panel, bumper, hood, headlights look brand new, and match the rest of the car. The staff are all friendly. They even drove me home the day I dropped it off. When I got the car back it was washed, vacuumed and smelled so good. I can't imagine one thing they could have done any better. These folks are just the best.

I would rate this sorry, slow, crappy, useless company a 0 star to be honest. They make promises of helping and getting things done fast but I don't consider 9 weeks fast or usual for ANY repair shop. I could build a car myself in the time these idiots have taken to fix my car...THAT STILL ISN'T FIXED 9 WEEKS LATER! Every day I call they say it will be ready tomorrow. I have been being told that lie for about 2 weeks now. Every day it's something new. Two days ago it would be ready Wednesday, Wednesday to today, today to next week because of "new additional damage" they have found and are waiting for ANOTHER $1400 from my insurance company so they still don't have it done and have been lying all week....NEVER USE THIS SORRY PLACE. THEY AREN'T WORTH BEING OPEN AND ARE OUTRAGEOUS WITH PRICES, AND TAKE THEIR TIME BECAUSE IT DOESN'T AFFECT THEM!!!!!!!
