My windshield was cracked bc my blade was ripped off by the carwash. I spoke to the owner and he claimed a rock did it . When you could clearly see the windshield wiper arm slammed against the window. They throw the cars through like pigs . They don't clean very well leaving dust behind and dirt in the carpet . Very unprofessional and don't hold any accountability for any damages done .very dissatisfied being I've went there for years and I've noticed the past few the business as a whole has went down the drain . Lesson learned I wouldn't let these people wash my bicycle !!!!!! I'll make sure everyone I know knows what kind of person you really are . . . I didn't think a simple wash would cost me 250 dollars .

First and last time visiting this car wash. After sitting in line for 20 minutes i ended up with 3 large scratches on my car, 2 in the paint and one across the radio display screen. No tesponse from anyone when a complaint was made

Multiple visits. Multiple disappointments. Don't waste your money! Employs mouth off when you ask them about why there are still crumbs on the floor and the doors are not wiped down.

I love that this place gives your car a professionally detailed look, without the huge expense. I have never had any problems with them, and have sold 2 cars just by having them cleaned here first. I only wish they would open up one nearby me in Jackson so I didn't have to drive 40 minutes to get there.

This car wash is very unprofessional. If you do not want your car damaged do not go here. They are rough with seats and have damaged my leather interior of my car.When confronted with my claim they would not pay for the damages they did.
