I just checked in to get some sleep after working a 12 hour shift at the hospital and I called the front office to complain about spiders in the room. She act like she couldn't understand what I was saying. I requested another room and she lied and said there's no more rooms. When I checked in not even 20 minutes of being in the room I was asked if I want smoking or non smoking. Very unprofessional and rude. If my daughter and I get bit by a spider I'm going to complain to BBB!
