I had hair to my butt, really long. I told her 3 inches. She said no 5 would be more better and that my hair was "dry" she cut atleast 7 to 8 inches off and was uneven. She hurried because another customer came in as i just sat down. I felt she didnt care and did a quick job to get to the next customer. My hair was very long and as the customer, she should have done what I wanted. Ive been unhappy with it. I feel it was due to the price. I went there because i just wanted a simple trim. Afraid to go back and ive taken my kids here...

I brought all 4 of my kids for a hair cut. They cut my sons hair way to short when i asked her twice to keep it longer on top. When i told her how i wanted my daughter's hair she said no that won't look good. I didn't come here for her advice... i came for her to cut my kids hair the way i want it cut not whats easier or more convenient for her.. she then said, is your sons hair ok on top? I said can you put some gel in it so i can see how long it is? She said, no if you want gel you do it yourself at home or i charge you extra. I understand the prices are cheap but i would prefer to pay a little more and get what i want with a little better service.. i will never bring my kids here again.

I love Kim's I have been going there for years just called today to make an appointment got in exactly when I needed:) Also can't wait to check out their new location. The women are nice Kim always has a smile on I just love it there. I also travel a ways to go there

Keep in mind these reviews mean nothing, most people only say something when they are unhappy. I travel 35 minutes out of my way to get my family's haircuts here. They know how to cut hair and have always been polite. The owner Kim has always given us excellent customer service.

Do not come here ! The staff is very rude. I have been to this shop several times and everytime I have sinced a attitude from the girls but I never said anything about until today I went in and the lady did a horrible job. I asked if she could fix them and the manger Kim came by and said "you are too picky, no one likes doing your eyebrows here because you are." Kim told me that I will need to find another place to get my eyebrows done because I am no longer welcomed here. I have never been talked to like that by an employee. Later on that day, I tried calling Kim to talk to her about what happened and she hung up right in my face. I repeat, do not come here !

My family and I been coming to Kim for over 10 years. All of the girls are very good and efficient with their job. Always look forward to have haircut here. Good services and everyone is very nice. My son is 14 years old now and he won't go anywhere else other than here with Kim

Ok so this review is overdue. I have given this place the benefit of the doubt over and over and over and over again because it is a small LOCAL business and I want to support it. I want to support it so bad that 5 years ago I went in for highlights and they did a terrible job, super choppy, they missed a lot of hair, it looked terrible and I had to go do it somewhere else and still dealing with the damage that's growing out. Ok, so maybe they can't do highlights. I went in for a haircut. Same deal, no one listened to me, they did what they wanted and It got cut really short, bangs when I didn't ask for any. So maybe they can't cut women's hair. Nope, they screwed up my guy friends' hair BAD. They made him bald. He asked for a trim. Ok..so maybe they can't cut hair. I'll try nails...The lady fell asleep on me. FELL ASLEEP on me TWICE! I nudged her and she jolted out of sleep and kept going like nothing happened. Worst pedi and mani I have ever gotten in my entire life, my five year old nephew could have done better and I am not exaggerating. I personally feel like some of these workers may be licensed, most of them probably not and they cross work all the time. I guarantee the lady who did my nails is not licensed but everyone else was busy so she was signed up for it. I am officially done supporting this terrible business. I know Kim does a good job, it's her salon. She is driven and I've seen her do good work. However, in all these years, myself nor anyone I know has ever gotten her. She always assigns you to everyone else she probably hires for 3.00 an hour. Someone needs to look into the logistics of this business. I understand everyone needs work but I work for pennies as a nanny because I'm good at it while putting myself through school to work for more as something else. I don't work somewhere where I'm completely inexperienced. My tolerance for this business is gone.

I was just at Kim's to get a couple inches off and trimmed up the lady was very rude who cut my hair. At first she barely took anything off and when I said I wanted a couple inches she got rude and says why did'nt you say in that in the first place and she was mad and began chopping away and cut it above my sholders when i said just below the sholders and left it soaking wet when it dried it shortened up quite a bit, I even had my neighbor tell me there was some longer strands left in the bank uncut and she had to cut them for me. the front of my hair was uneven. I really want to sue them. I called to complain and they hung up on me. I may even go to the media with this one.
