EmailWe are a Yoga Center and Day Spa. We offer classes of every type and level, as well as massage, acupuncture, aesthetics, infrared sauna, ionic foot detox, whole body vibration, pulsed electromagnetic frequency therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and more. Our Yoga School offers one on one sessions, yoga therapy, 200 hour yoga trainings, and 300 hour advanced yoga teacher trainings. We have retreats and special events throughout the year both local and destination.

Provided by SuperpagesI love Epidavros! Gresham really needed a place like this! I have had private yoga sessions and loved them! They also have Zumba and personal training. I'm already noticing a difference after a few weeks with Renee:) Even my daughter can see a difference.
