If I could give this place minus 10 on rating scale, I would.

Bought a fridge in May 2011, has broke down 3 times now. They took it back to their shop twice to 'fix' it, but never told me what was wrong with it, having major issues again and they informed my warranty is over. I would have to pay them to look at it. Of course the warranty is in writing, but whatever they did to 'fix' it is not....they also told me I could not stop and get paperwork on the work performed, I would need to have 'my lawyer contact their lawyer'. The owner and co-owner are the rudest people I have dealt with, my family cannot believe the way they spoke to me. Owner kept comparing the POS fridge they sold me to a car motor, I have worked in the auto and customer service industry for about 20+ years, at this point I had heard enough. Going to contact the BBB, I doubt if they can help since the warranty is up on this crappy fridge they sold me for $400+ but at least I will have my say. Seems like 3 times in 7 months is a little excessive, I later found they buy their appliances at auctions......on another note, my last used fridge which I purchased at Standard lasted about 12 years, was still running fine when I thought I might like something new.....should have went there!!!!

Bought a kenmore elite freezer, bought the best one they had so we didn't have to worry about putting in expensive meat, less than a year later it completely goes out! I called to have service and they said they had a 90 day warranty, and to buy a new one or pay $ to come out and look at it! Same problem with a fridge a few years ago with kaady appliances and they came out and fixed for free, and gave us $100 towards next purchase for the food we lost! Buyer beware! Glad we didn't just buy the washer and dryer from them! Thanks for the great customer service!

Horrible experience. They sell crap and do not stick by their word. They will say and promise one thing and not abide by their own statemenets and agreements. I even took the time to go through the whole BBB Complaint process to find a mutual solution with them. Appliance Liquidators refused to come to an equitable agreement, and would not even allow BBB to offer mediation services. Giving your hard earned money to these guys is just like throwing it away.

Hoping the BBB will assist me with this place. Purchased a fridge 7 months ago & it has broken down 3 times now. The first two times, I had to throw food away, never ask them for anything but to make the fridge work again.

They did take it back to their shop twice but I never received any documentation of any repairs or how they 'fixed' it, having issues again & now they are telling me since it seems to be a different problem than before, I would need to pay to have it fixed. Since I did not receive any documentation of what was wrong the first two times it stopped working, they can say it is not the same problem? How would I know? How do they know?

They are smart-asses when you call, offer their lawyers information....'sure, go ahead & have your lawyer call our lawyer'. Crappy customer service is their specialty. I have worked in customer service for years, this is not how you treat your customers.

Their 'technician' Mark was so irritated with our conversation, he informed 'I would need to speak with someone else, he just couldn't deal with me'.....REALLY? This was after I ask him how he would feel if he spent $400+ on a fridge and it broke down 3 times in 7 months.

Their 'warranty' seems to be written in stone, and regardless that the fridge quit during the first couple of months, and still does not work, guess it does not matter is the customer is happy or not!

Do yourself a favor and drive by this place without stopping, I wish did!!!

Condescending, arrogant people run this business. These people are so disrespectful, just upsetting, knot in my stomach after trying to speak with them, very rude!!

Honestly, I am a mother, grandmother, wife, daughter.....I just expect what is fair, and I am certainly not receptive to the way I was spoke to by this establishment, unbelievable!!

I too spoke to Robert and Mark.....same as other reviews...my fridge does not work at all now, spoke to local tech who was very familair with this place, in fact he guessed where we bought it before we could tell him. He said the compressor probably has been bad for a long time. Replacement would be hundreds...

Buying another fridge was not an expense I should have to make, but these guys gave us no choice. Just going to make my voice heard thru the BBB, I don't want these people in my house again, not that they are willing to make this right!

We bought a washer at Appliance Liquidators and it did not work. They were not interested in discussing warranty work. We had to have it serviced by another company. They really need to work on their customer service skills.

We just moved into our first home, but had the headache of having to buy all new appliances. This can be very expensive. At appliance liquidators we were able to find a washer and dryer and fridge at an affordable price. They are all still working great. They also deliver and install these appliances for a nominal fee. I highly recommend this local business. I would definitely use them in the future.

The best prices I have seen in the portland area. Its great to know that theres a place you can go to when you need your appliances to be fixed or you need to buy. And you get the best prices and service. They make me feel special every time Ive been there.
