My 20 year old water heater gave up on a Thursday night. I called Apollo based upon a friend's referral. On Saturday morning, on straight time, Duane Heady of Apollo replaced it. He was thorough, professional, friendly, and courteous. I will use them for any plumbing needs I encounter in the future.

Quoted $1,400 to fix broken pipe, which was found by Apollo, after 2 visits, paid $200 each visit. We signed the contract. Work started Fri, and on Mon after less than 1 1/2 hours of work disaster with worker being buried. Next day my husband was told to call the company & use his visa to pay $7,775.00! My husband, age 73, was in shock, but obeyed. I asked why. We were told "Equipment rental" - no bill was shown, no discussion. Tried calling the company on the bill. Was threatened that would leave us, remove equipment. They tried to work a few more days - but in the end, after not being able to use toilets or run any water for 4 days. They did fix the pipe only, and the city water department finished the job for free. I expect more bills for the other days. Will have to file a complaint with Construction Contractors Board of State of Oregon.

I was quoted by the office for $110 per hour but was billed for over $280. Apollo's first visit to my rental, I was billed for $65 but wasn't able to determine why the main floor has a bad odor. They return to my rental a few days later with cameras try to find out the reason for the bad odor in the unit. Again, they can't determine the issue. I was told by the plumber that he was there for 1.5 hours, pulled the toilet out, and run a camera down the drain. The plumber said I will be billed for 1.5 hours of work, over $100 to pull out the toilet, and $15 for the wax ring which totals over $280. I called my tenant to confirm the amount of time the plumber was at the property. My tenant told me the plumber was there for about 45minutes only. I called Apollo and talk to the supervisor Darlene. She said she will look into the plumber's GPS to see how long he's in the property and get back to me next week. However, she claims it was my responsibility to find out the charges for the plumber to return to the property with cameras. She claims Apollo charges differently if they need to use a camera and that their is no way for them to know how much the first dispatch person quoted me. What kind of business is this? If I was quoted $110 per hour by your company, I would assumed that charge is still the same unless you tell me otherwise. How am I suppose to know as a customer that you charge differently unless you told me so. This company is very dishonest and I would definitely not use them again. I advise you to read reviews from Yelp. I should have look into a Yelp review instead of relying of the reviews here.

I wanted to re-post this from Google reviews as well because i had such a positive experience. I had plenty of issues at my property and was worried about how much I would be spending. After calling around, I noticed that not only did Apollo have some of the most fair rates, but they also were one of the only companies that gave me prices over the phone. They sent a plumber out and after about 3 hours of work my house was running like normal! I would absolutely give them my business again!

I have been using you for a number of years! Robert H does not mind getting right in to get the problem solved. The office staff is friendly and the workers are polite!

have never had an issue in my home regarding plumbing, I see the Apollo trucks around town and thought I would give them a ring since they are local. They were able to get me scheduled within a reasonable amount of time and quickly fixed the issue! I found a coupon online so the services were cheaper than normal which was nice. would call them again

these guys exacerbated the problem.absolutely the most unprofessional jokers i've ever dealt with.showed up without the proper tools.came and went without giving me a heads up on job progress until finally they just left to go to another job.meanwhile, i've got sewage backed up in my tub, my toilet won't flush.unreal.this company isn't worth a darn.

If you like having your money extorted, hire this company. They are a bunch of unprofessional clowns and use intimidation as their business tactic. They lied to me about the cost of a project.They didn't even finish the job for which they were originally hired. Another plumbing company had to take care of it, and for half of the price that Apollo had quoted us.Ban this shady company! I'd rather drink Drano than deal with them again.

Apollo had the right equipment to get the job done and they quoted the rate up front. The personal service was outstanding from the order taker to the plumber. I had no problems with the company and the price was right—thank you.

These guys have all the right equipment and experience. I was impressed with there up-front quote. Apparently, other plumbers will not quote you a rate up front and then gouge you when they arrive. Honest and reliable.

We had a damaged drain pipe and $1,000 later, we still have a damaged drain pipe. They excavated the area (basically a 3' x 4' hole), exposing the damaged pipe, but indicated it would be a new service order to find where the break ended (which I dug out with a spade...a whole 3"), and they couldn't complete the repair. Upon notifying them that I found where the break ended, and that it was inches from the problem area, they indicated that it wouldn't be covered by the original contract to complete the repair. This was the owner's arrogant son, Ryan, who was actually on the job...so not even a random employee.

Craig's professional, arrived when he said he would. He cleared our toilet (yuck) which I was a bit embarrased about. Like he said, that's his job. Jetting it didn't work so he had to remove the toilet and clear from below. I trust the guy and would call him again - before I grab a plunger!
