These nice folks are not only professional, but will go out of their way to keep you as a satisfied customer. They stand behind what they sell, and while I would really like them if they had a range where you could use to try your firearm purchase, I am temporarily satisfied because of their commitment to please you. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because I have to drive 96 miles one way to return a defective purchase, whereas those trips could have been avoided if they had a firing range. I love their attitude, and wearing your firearm with a CCW inside the store was not a problem. However, I am sure they would be happy to direct you to some convenient place where you could test fire a few rounds after your purchase. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends who didn't mind the travel. But, hey, if I wasn't pleased with them, would I still drive that far myself to make a purchase? Every one I met was extremely pleasing and wanted to assist me. What more can you ask for? James
