Gentlemen was very Prompt and Professional, walked through at beginning to see and let me show exactly what areas needed attention. Went right to work and was finished in no time at all. Since I didn't have 3rd room, and was in amount, he graciously offered to clean my middle of floor area rug in den. Thank you Zerorez...you rock!!! 🤗

Zerorez did an excellent job! The young man who came to do my floors spent a long going over what I wanted him to do and explaining what needed to be done. He was very professional and I liked the way everything looked when he left.

Tony was very professional,polite and he certainly cleaned my aging carpet where it almost looks like new. I would recommend this company to anyone. This is my second time using them. Other companies has not cleaned by carpet as good as Zerorez.

We had the bathroom wall tile cleaned, the carpeting on stairs cleaned, and an area rug cleaned. Romeo did a great job.

Carpets all look great but I’m exceptionally impressed with the entryway carpet. It’s white carpet and because it’s the entryway, it was filthy!! It looks great now!!

The rep that came(Keon) was very professional, informative, and pleasant. He walked us through the process and answered our questions thoroughly. He sold us on the package that we chose. We were pleased with the outcome when he was done. He is a great asset to your team, and would be awesome in a management position!

Zerorez did an amazing job for us, again! They removed stains I had no hope for. The substances used leave a pleasant odor afterwards, and they are always professional.

Our technician, Chad, worked really hard to clean several bedrooms and a hallway. Chad was prompt and professional! He also gave us a quote on two area rugs. Stains were treated and carpet looks good!
