This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I used them a few years ago and they never returned calls. Employees blaming each other for job not being done. I recently purchased a chair from another company and I need repairs done. Numotion has purchased the company I used to purchase the chair. I thought ok maybe Numotion has improved. Guess what? They have not. I waited 2 day for a return call and never received it. I called back and was on hold for nearly 20 mins before someone took the call. Only then did I find out that you can't talk to a technician to get an idea of cost. She was to concerned with getting my insurance info to even listen to what I was trying to say. I beg you do not choose to work with NuMotion. Please pick another company that will appreciate your business. We have to pay too much to be treated second rate.

This business is awful! I wish I had chosen another company to help me get a wheelchair. They have little or no compassion for their clients. They don't return calls and when you do get to talk to a real person they don't know anything. Unbelievable! I don't know how they stay in business.
