Provided by YP.comI can't stand going to a dealer to get my car looked at because I know it's going to cost an arm and a leg. I'm so happy I found a family owned and run car repair shop that's honest and half the price of the dealer. I have never been sold something I didn't need and it is worth noting that the labor cost at Davis is about 2/3rds or closer to half that of a dealer. The repairs have always been completed on time and done professionally.

Provided by YP.comAfter going to the dealer for a transmition noise my Acura was making, I was told "Acura's just do that, don't worry about it. Just drive around in D4 when not on the highway." Not terribly reassuring. Plus I was billed for their time...
Compare this to meeting with Larry at Davis Auto Repair - he was great! Very knowledgeable, fantastic service, and the price was half what the same service would have been at the dealer. Turns out the dealer was wrong, Acura's are NOT just suppose to slip into 5th gear for no particular reason when going 30 mph.
This is a true 'family business' and it shows. Everyone is courteous, meticulous in their work and very fair with their prices. I cannot explain how good it feels, finding a mechanic I can count on.
