I have shopped at McCaslan's for over 5 years now and have never been disappointed with their products or customer service. I have emailed orders to them and Alvin, the owner, carefully reads them to ensure I am getting all the products I need in a timely manner. Jack, the office manager, is always ready to assist with a friendly smile and never hesitates to take the extra steps to research items that can be ordered and delivered the very next day! Ann, the office assistant, is very meticulous with my orders to make sure I receive the right price and even gift wrapped some items I purchased there for Christmas at no charge!



I have been very pleased with their exceptional service and courtesy every time I set foot in their store. I look forward to many more years of excellent service.
