Apostle Randy stated in one Sunday school class that it was not the intent of God for the disciples to choose Matthias to replace Judas in Acts chapter 1: 16-26. Clearly this is false teaching. He also stated that all had the holy spirit which is also false. Luke writes in Acts 5:32,"And we are witnesses of these things; and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey Him."
