Watch out for this business!! Sadly we were charged near a grand for them to come and change our fixtures!!! Very disappointed and completely blind sighted!

They do a great job. They are very professional. They clean up after themselves and explained everything! I am very glad I used Johnson.

What a disappointment. They failed to show up for an appointment for a new HVAC unit. I waited over a hour and no phone call. I called their office and cancelled my appointment. They just lost a $7000 sale today. Not a good way to run a business. Call them only if you want to wait, wait and wait. I will take my business to someone that knows how to show up on time. Goodness only knows when they would have showed up after I paid them.

I live in Greenwood Indiana. I recently bought a new gas furnace from Johnson Heating and Cooling. I chose Johnson because I had bought from them in the past and I wanted an experienced company that I knew would do a good job. Their sales guy was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining my options. I chose a Trane furnace. I was confident that the prices were competitive and I am happy with the furnace and the professional installation. The service guys, who did the installation, seemed to know exactly what they were doing and I am happy with their work. I would recommend Johnson Heating and Cooling to friends and family.
