Customer service was great but the pricing is absolutely ridiculous. There is a reason they charge nothing for the lift and inspection and it is because they slam insane labor fees down on you. It would have cost me $395 just to FIGURE OUT the problem and then the part could have been $80-$800 dollars. And then they would have charged me another $400 dollars for labor. I'm sorry but the labor fees by them self are absolutely insane. I won't be returning.

rodney is such a great guy down there at edwards, he explained to me how my car really wasn't that bad off and that it was actually a minor part on the outsdie of the transmission that was casuing it to shift so hard. I was really worried when i first went in tht I was going to have to spend thousands of dollars like all my friends were telling me but rodney really came through for me and saved me a ton of money! thanks again rodney!

I really appreciate everything that they did, even though it turned out it was a wiring problem that they couldn't fix they spent several hours tracing down the problem and then referred me to a specialist free of charge.

I had to take my car back after it got fixed because it was leaking a little bit but they took care of me immediately and even gave me a free service when I neded since i had to come back in after the work. they might not be perfect but they take care of thie customers

It was quick, affordable and most importantly they were very professional with me, thanks.

rodney got me in and out of there as quick as he could and even though it was only a service not any mechanical issues he treated me like I was the most important person in his shop. thanks rodney for going the extra mile!

Matt and the guys are greenwood are just great! matt is a super professional guy that took care of everything for me and let me tell ya did that make a huge difference! I was a mess whne i brought my car in, I didn't have a lot of money to fix my car but i had to have to back to get to work. not only did matt work with me on the pricing to make sure that i could afford it, he got me a ride to work and had my car ready for me so that i had a reliable car to get to work again! I have never had such great customer service and i will be a lifetime customer thanks to matt and the guys at edwards transmissions in greenwood!!!!!
