Took in our pt cruiser with overheating problems. They diagnosed it as a bad cooling fan and replaced it. Sadly that didn't solve the problem. So we took it back. Doug and Micah did an additional $600 worth of work for free to get the problem resolved, ran test after test to narrow it down, worked past their close time on a Saturday, and used every resource at their disposal and now I can say the car is doing great. No overheating in stop and go traffic on a 95 degree day. They may not always get it right at first but value their customers enough to go through extraordinary measures to make it right. In a world where so many mechanics try to use peoples ignorance of auto repair against them, it's nice to know there are still mechanics who value integrity and honesty. Thank you Doug and Micah.

I took my Dad's truck in for new break pads, becuase it was starting to grind. I was called back with a free quote that I also needed routers. This was not in my budget but I knew it needed to be done. The mechanic was very professional and explained everything to me and didn't treat me like a female that doesn't know anything about trucks. I was given the sale price I was quoted on the break pads and a $25 off coupon that was in the paper ( I didn't have the coupon or even ask about it). I was also helped with the check engine light that just started coming on for free, which I greatly appriciated since it wasn't something that needed urgent attention.
