Well... I work in the trucking industry. I have a decent idea how thing work. They either are so busy that they can't answer there phones.... Or... They don't want to answer there phones.. From what I know you need to talk to someone to get business.. you need a good customer communication base to get things coordinated and delivered.. and as a customer.. they FAIL miserably.. either I'm in the wrong business and need to get a job there since there soooo busy (which I doubt) or they need to get there s#@t in order and pick up the phone and be just a little more professional and have a little pride in there company.

Very unprofessional. They promise service and then do not return or answer phone calls. Very disappointed.
