Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had. I am a young buyer and my disabled mother went with me to help me pick a home out. I worked with Liz and she was incredibly unprofessional and rude to my mother. It got to the point to where my mother got tired of the disrespect and went and sat in the truck until we were done. My mother was also looking to buy a home. So, they lost not only one, but two cash paying buyers for new homes. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Warning: These people are the most unprofessional I've ever tried to do business with. I was strung along for months by Lisa trying to buy an Athens home from them. My paperwork was always wrong, I had to correct paperwork (upgrades and prices) three times and they still couldn't get it right. She also ordered a land survey too early and I'm out 600 dollars now that I'm not buying from them after taking so long. I should have never been charged in the first place with a v.a. Loan! There are too many other sellers out there to take a chance on your home not being done right!
