AMAZING ATTORNEY, IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH OUTSIDE THE COURT-ROOM, THAT'S A PROBLEM, HE IS VERY BLUNT & STRAIGHT TO THE POINT....ABSOLUTELY AMAZING IN THE COURT-ROOM....I DON'T KNOW WHAT I WOULD HAVE DONE WITHOUT HIM....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM !!!!

Don't even think twice about this Attorney - Just please don't ever hire him. I made mistakes of hiring him and feel regret for the rest of my life. He won't return your calls. He does not care how depress or stress you felt. He won't protect you at all. He won't meet you ontime. He never give you his email address, so you can send him the concerns and worries that you have. He makes you wait outside his office and does not realize you are waiting outside for him, while he is joking and laughing with someone on the phone. He does not prepare anything ahead of times. He is a careless attorney. His assistant is even more trusted and responsible than him, but her rate is charged the same as his rate. That is not fair.



Trust me - I have been going through a hell and terrible times before hiring him. After hiring him, my problems are getting worst and more stress and worries. He does not care once he gets your full money up front. That is the end of it. Don't hire him ever, ever, and ever again please. Don't let him fool you.

Think twice before hiring this attorney. This attorney is shady; he won't return calls. He won't do research, won't provide any information. Prepares the morning of your hearing. There are lots of good lawyers out there; do your research before you give Ivan your money.

I hired Mr. Toney to defend me in a lawsuit, and I was disgusted at his lack of professionalism and courtesy.



He repeatedly failed to return phone calls, despite promises to do so, and he was virtually unreachable the whole time he was under my employment.



Mr. Toney failed to file an answer to the lawsuit by the required deadline, which caused me to lose my right to defend myself in it. He also failed to do any research, consult with me on strategy, and to file motions I asked him to file.



His office is a sad, tiny two-room affair, which should speak of his success as an attorney.



What a terrible experience. Do not hire this attorney.



As I'm writing this review, I'm typing a letter to the South Carolina Bar.
