I would never recommend this place to anyone. The front desk staff is so rude and doesn't know anything about customer service. They have a very poor maintenance. My apartment roof was leaking and when I complained to the front desk, the person behaved very badly. The carpet got wet and they charged me $300 for carpet replacement when my lease got over. Its not a place worth for the money that you are paying. The gym has no equipment which are properly maintained. Don't ever go here.

Gone Way Down Hill

This used to be a nice place to live, quiet with no incidents.... But now, it's become a slum. They are allowing more and more riff raff to move in, the usual tennants are congregating in quantities from 5 to 15 people out in parking lots and breezeways talking loudly all the time, kids running around and screaming, nothing is done about it, even after complaints, they have crater sized pot holes everywhere in the parking lots and driveways, they've had several backed up sewer problems with apartments flooding, the office hardly ever answers phone calls and if you do get someone, they act inconvenienced and will rush you off the phone as fast as possible if you do have a maintenance issue or problem. They have what they call a courtesy officer for after hour complaints, but he never answers calls or returns voice mails... Ever.

I'm just waiting for my lease to end and them I'm out of this hole.

They are all hype and no show - not too good at keeping the landscape up. The amenities are not maintained very well either. Brittany needs to find a new line of work - customer service is not her strong suit - in fact she is why I did not renew my lease and I recommended we remove them as an apartment to look at for our new hires at work. The good thing about the place it is rather quite. If you need to leave a message - forget it the call will not be returned.

I have lived here for a few months. They told us when we moved in that the hot tub out by the pool was year round. It wasn't working when we moved in and they said it would be up in a couple weeks. Couple months later, the hot tub is still down. Then they send out a flyer about all the amenities on the complex. Basketball court(a cheap walmart hoop thrown up in someones parking spot) and hot tub(which has yet to work the entire 5 months I have lived here) were on the list. I went in to the office and talked to Brittany about the hot tub. She said some pump is broken and the whole pool area is closed. I asked for a small credit to be put onto our account since they advertised having a year round hot tub. She said we pay no amenity fees and therefore would get nothing back. She then said in a rather rude tone, "In the apartment complex I live in, we pay an amenity fee, so if this happened where I live, I could ask for something back. But I never would ask for something back." They are nice to your face to get you in and tell you all the lies you wanna hear, and then they are absolutely rude and awful at following up after you sign. Stay away!!

unfriendly

Brittany, a leasing agent at the desk when you walk in, badly penciled in eyebrows is very rude, poor customer service skills. Very unfriendly. Because of her I'd never recommend this place to any of our hotel guests.

I have lived at this property for over a year now and I would recommend it to anyone. Since the new management took over, the property has been well maintained. A new privacy fence has been put up between this complex and Huntington Downs and I believe that was the best decision I have seen. The complex is a little older, but it is getting upgrades all the time. Anytime I have an issue, I am able to get it fixed immediately. The property is one of the safest around and new lighting was recently added throughout the complex. The complex is also pet friendly and is a great place to walk your dog. There is limited traffic noise and there is a little noise from neighbors, but you cant live in any apartment without that issue.
