It's a good place to go take my daughter there 5 years in a row for her birthday partys.

Honestly Skateland has gotten so much better since the last reviews were written. Employees are 18 + and do a great job. I've been going to Skateland since i was 8 and i've seen it change over the years. They've remodeled the whole place. The place is more packed on Friday's than Saturday or Sunday. They even have different nights during the week you can go.

I paid a deposit for my daughter's birthday on the 25th of April and what happens? NO ONE THERE to open the doors. We had been planning this birthday party for months. We had family coming from out of state. We took care of everything and what does the manager say? Deposit refund and a free skate day? Are you serious? As far as I am concerned, no one should EVER do business with this worthless skating rink. Absolutely unreliable, absolutely unprofessional behavior. Oh yes, they will make sure that an underage employee will be there for the general public, but when it comes to the real money, if it means getting off of their lazy so as to host a party that was planned ahead, its no big thing to the owners obviously. We had to redirect everyone to our house, with no skating, had to pay a friend an exorbitant amount of money to have him cancel plans so he could DJ at our home, not to mention beg forgiveness from our good neighbors for the unanticipated noise and parking problems. I will NEVER allow my children or my friends to attend any events hosted by this business ever again. I wouldn't trust them to host a drunken derby, much less a child's party. Stay away if you care for the safety of your children, as I now know the adult manager is only there when it suits them, which is very rarely. One of their own employee's that did finally show up right before it was opened for the general public was telling me how the manager stays "sick" all the time. Don't waste your money booking this place, or risk your child's safety. There are too many other establishments with much more reliability and safety. .

Skate land usa is a awesome place 2 go everyone u should bring your kids there everyone it's a great thing 2 do on Friday and they have upgraded the rink no more bad rewiews

I would NEVER let my kids go to that skating rink again....the place is always so packed u can't move especially on Friday and Saturday nights and they have two police officers there to control what's going on but yet they stay in concession talking and flirting with the employees. They don't have party rooms so all of there parties are out in the open to where u can't hear yourself think. You can't understand a thing the D.J is saying and the employees are kids that have no manners. The employees stand around in the back and smoke but yet there's a no smoking policy. They make there own pizzias by hand and don't wear gloves or sanitize there hands before touching the food and there's so much more that is going on in that place that needs to be addressed but that would take all day....so if I where u I would never let a small child go there and defiantly would never let my teen go back after coming home and telling me two kids where sitting on one another having intercourse on the backside...so ill leave it at that for now

Not recommended. The first thing when u walk in the door u notice the cigarette smoke in the lobby. They say it is restricted to the front office but the smell makes it's way to the skate area.
The skates were pretty badly worn. And the fact that they charged my 2 year old full price is dispicable. Not family friendly.

Its not a great place to bring little one on a Friday or Saturday night thats for sure. Too many teenagers who get to do whatever they want and talk however they want. The place was so packed that no one could hardly even skate or everyone was just running in to each other. The employees there call the place smoke free but yet they stand behind the counter and smoke. I'm not sure how the place is during the day and because from my first time experience, I decided not to go back.

You would think they would give more info' on the party prices since they go as far as to say on their site the kinds of events that you can hold there! Why list b-day party's without additional info of details pertaining to what all they offer and to the cost of it. Come on advertise yourselves alittle more professionally!
