Provided by YP.comThe Pink Azalea did not deliver a monogrammed item as ordered. The customer service policy is "WE ARE ALWAYS RIGHT". The owner had no resolution to the inquiry about how it could be fixed, except to me to pay more money for the item plus again pay for shipping. It took over 6 weeks for the original item to be shipped and the price was higher than I have seen this item sold for at other shops. SHOP ELSEWHERE!
