New to the area, and wantediluvian to pamper myself after an extremely hard and long move. What a beautiful facility, very pleasant staff! Didn't really know what to expect, but glad I choose Headquarters for my first Greenville spa visit. This will definitely not be my last visit there, and I would highly recommend Headquarters for a beautiful experience!!!!!

I have been a customer at Headquarter's Day Spa and Salon for 22 years and could not imagine going anyplace else! Susan and her staff provide impeccable service and have always exceeded my expectations. I have purchased numerous gift cards for my loved ones for spa/salon services and never experienced any issues. ( Of course, I did pay attention to the expiration date.) Why would anyone wait so long to enjoy Headquarter's Day Spa and Salon anyway?!

Personalized service at a whole new level! The staff is extremely friendly, professional, polite and courteous - they knew me by name after one visit and have accommodated my insane travel schedule with short notice. The spa is amazing and incredibly tranquil. The entire experience is better than I have had in NYC, London or Dubai! Great location, plenty of parking - I feel like a rockstar when I leave and more importantly my wife says I look like one too! First class service, first class quality - if you have high expectations and want the best, Headquarters Day Spa is the best!

Went in for a chemical peel and was extremely pleased with the treatment and results! The staff was knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Will definitely be back!

Everyone who works here is extremely talented and very nice! Everything from their massages, facials, mani/pedi's, and hair services are amazing!

Arrogant, overpriced, inflexible, and horrible, horrible customer service. If you like the aforementioned items this is the place for you. If you dislike those characteristics then find yourself another spa.

Won't let anyone touch my hair except Susan!

I don't recommend. Lots of employee turnover. Husband and I have been coming here for 7 months. He's had a different hair stylist each time. The owner does my hair, last time it was a total nightmare. Not cut right, the do over was worse. Other services are just OK. Everything is high priced. There is better spas/salons in this city.

My sister and I went here to celebrate her birthday. We had a fabulous celebration. We had a massage, facial, lunch and manicures and pedicures and all services were excellent and the personnel was very friendly. I would highly recommend this day spa.

My daughter is planning her wedding. So, we stopped by Headquarters to check them out. I found it to be a great place to have a party. Everyone was super nice and the place looks amazing especially the spa area. We difinitely will be back!!!!

I liked how everyone is very friendly and helpful. I had a package, that included a massage with Montez.(she rocks!) Then a facial with Carol, which was very delightful. I would recomend this salon to all my friends.
